Create your passport in The Good Game® app. It starts with a fan clearance and takes about a minute: lightweight account information and a verified contact, nothing more. Add a participant, worker, or donor clearance whenever a role calls for it. One passport holds them all, and anything you enter once is shared across your clearances, never re-entered.

Your passport is free for everyone, always. Downloading The Good Game® app and browsing experts and programs is free too. Each expert, from trainers to rehab specialists to officials, sets their own rates, and the cost to reserve a training space is listed with each venue.

Yes. Create your child's passport from your own and hold it until they turn 18 or you hand it over; their participant clearance builds on it. Their agreements, medical information, and history live in one place and follow them from team to team, so nothing gets redone when they switch teams or move up.

Levels apply to the participant clearance, and each level includes the one before. Registered covers participant information, emergency contacts, allergies and medications, and signed consent and waivers. Health History adds full health history, immunization records, and proof of insurance (or a no-insurance acknowledgment). Physician Cleared adds a doctor-signed pre-participation physical, returned digitally. Events require the level that fits: a rec camp might ask for Registered, and a contact sport asks for more. Only cleared attendees get through.

Your passport belongs to you. When you share it with a club, a camp, or an event, they see what they need and nothing more, and you grant access on your terms. Family links carry exactly the permissions you grant, every grant is recorded, and there are no shared logins or handed-off passwords.

The worker clearance holds the paperwork that makes you safe to hire, done one time: identity verification, background check, Safe Sport, certifications, and insurance. We cover the background check and insure you on every job. Volunteers carry the same worker clearance, with the same checks behind it.

Yes. The Clear2Join™ Button signs people in and pre-fills their verified info on any checkout, ticketing, or giving page. Bring registration and checkout to any website with a few lines of code, or build on the platform's APIs. Run it on your own site, in The Good Game® Marketplace, or both: same passports, same rules, one report.

It means the Rules Engine compared the clearances you require to what the passport holds, and only a match completed the purchase. In seconds it clears, blocks, or flags each transaction for a person to review. Insurance travels with the passport on every cleared transaction, and you can add indemnified parties like sponsors and facilities in a few clicks. Certificate available on request.

Yes. Set your own required credentials and tailor them by organization or affiliation. For each event and ticket type, choose the clearances people need, some to check out and some before they attend, and the Rules Engine gates every step, from registration to NIL appearances. Your compliance team edits any rule from a dashboard, with version history and effective dates, and the platform can always explain why it made a decision.

The worker clearance carries background checks, Safe Sport, certifications, and insurance. Post the shifts, and vetted pros accept them like a ride request. We cover the checks and insure every worker. Volunteers carry the same worker clearance, with the same checks behind it, so the parent helping at check-in is as vetted as the trainer you hired.
